We had a "Nature and traditions" tour with Mihai and Rado in beautiful Transylvanian surroundings. Our group of 4 varied from a dedicated cycler to some that never gets on a bike, i.e. a challenge to find the best route. But the guides always tried to find the best solution. We saw interesting birds, passed through villages where traditional farming with horses and carriages are still in use. We also got a lot more knowledge about different ethnic groups living in the area. Especially interesting was the lunch that was home made traditional food in a farm house, and Stefan who are restoring old buildings and that educated local people in these techniques. We could also buy some local products at his own little museum. Very good! It was also time to visit an old Saxon /protestant church with origins from 1300. I recommend this activity very much, and Mihai & Rado are really nice guys and guides!
