Thank you Mihai and Radu for the perfect organisation. The trip was fantastic, the Saxon villages are a pleasure to visit and learn about the history and ethnic mix of the people. We ran into a village festival with traditional music, food and drinks at Cincu. We met horses and carts everywhere. The interethnic museum at Altana is very interesting and Steph does a great job sharing his collection and explaining traditional artisanry. We felt welcomed and completely safe everywhere. The cycling was off-road for part and mostly quiet roads otherwise. The guest houses were very good quality.
