My 14 year old son and I went on a two day biking trip with Mihai, around the saxon villages and fortified churches at the very end of August. The scenery was unforgettable and it was pleasure to be guided by Mihai who genuinely enjoys his chosen profession and cares about the villages and village life in Transylvania . The ride was relaxed 45 km first day and 58 km second day. It was all very easily and quickly planned after a chance encounter in Sibiu. The quaint villages with colored houses rolled away for two days as did the lush green country side with storks, sheep , horses, cows , pigs , dogs and all. Did I mention how beautiful the scenery was throughout the ride. All in all perfect.
